Whether you are looking to trade up, down or sideways, we are happy to explore all aspects of a potential trade when acquiring a timepiece with us. Just like selling your gently used timepiece to us, only you get to go home with something new!

Trade

• If you have a watch you’re ready to retire, we are happy to consider a possible trade-in with the purchase of one our in-stock or sourced pieces.

• Similar to having us purchase your watch, we will require photos of the watch (front, back, sides, bracelet and/or strap) as well as all content included in the transaction.

• A trade value will be presented with the stipulation that when the watch is received it matches the condition of the photos and all content is included.

• Traded pieces will always be sent to us prior to payout/new purchase with courtesy overnight insured shipping.

• If the watch does not match the photos submitted, we reserve the right to alter the trade value, or send the watch back in its entirety.

Buy Back Program - NoVA Watch Supply Exclusive

• If you have purchased a watch from NoVA Watch Supply in the last year, we offer the opportunity to have us purchase the watch back from you.

• As long as the watch is in comparable condition to how it was originally sold, we will offer you a price better than most jewelers or grey market dealers.

• Similar to having us purchase your watch, we will require photos of the watch (front, back, sides, bracelet and/or strap) as well as all content included in the transaction.

• A Buy Back value will be presented with the stipulation that when the watch is received it matches the condition of the photos and all content is included.

• Buy Back pieces will always be sent to us prior to payout with courtesy overnight insured shipping.

• If the watch does not match the photos submitted, we reserve the right to alter the Buy Back value, or send the watch back in its entirety.
